ACCOMMODATION
Our two spacious en suite bedrooms are large comfortable and relaxing and are both individually designed. Each room has a 20” LCD colour T.V complete with Freeview channels,DVD player, radio alarm clock, hospitality tray with fresh milk, silent running cooler fridge for your use, comfortable settees, fluffy towels,toiletries and a hairdryer as standard.
The rooms have controllable central heating both in the bedroom and the en suite area.
In the winter months you have the extra benefit of an electric blanket should you wish to use it.
We have super king-sized beds or single standard size beds making us more flexible to cater for your needs an extra bed can also be added to the rooms to facilitate a family or a group of friends.
The ground floor en suite bedroom is ideal for guests that may have problems negotiating stairs, the room has dual aspect views and has direct access to the guest’s patio area. The newly refurbished modern bathroom is a generous size and has a full sized bath to relax in or if you prefer an over the bath thermostatically controlled shower.
The first floor en suite room is also dual aspect with views over open fields and fells. Once again the modern newly refurbished en-suite has a full sized bath and also an electric thermostatic shower over the bath
For your Safety we have a fully functional fire alarm installed and meet all the current requirements since the Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order 2005 came into force on the 1st of October 2006.
